主要職責/Main responsibilities：

　　1、領導維修工和電工團隊；

　　Lead maintenance and electrician team；

　　2、公司辦公和生產(chǎn)的硬件設施設備的維護和保養(yǎng)工作；

　　maintenance of office hardware，facilities and equipment；

　　3、組織編制各類設備保養(yǎng)、檢修計劃和技術(shù)操作及檢查標準，組織實施并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行；

　　Organize the preparation of various equipment maintenance， repair plan and technical operation and inspection standards， organize and supervise the implementation.

　　4、根據(jù)需要協(xié)助編制各種圖紙、報表和統(tǒng)計資料；

　　Assist in the preparation of various drawings， reports and statistics as required；

　　5、負責洽談、評估和監(jiān)督工程外包項目、組織對外包工程質(zhì)量驗收；

　　Responsible for negotiation， evaluation and supervision of outsourcing projects， and organizing quality acceptance of outsourcing projects；

　　6、確保公司設備設施符合各類驗廠和審核的標準，并配合相關的準備工作；

　　Ensure that the company'''''''''s equipment and facilities meet all kinds of factory inspection and audit standards， and cooperate with relevant preparatory work；

　　7、負責廠房的硬件設備和設施的建設和改造；

　　Responsible for the construction and transformation of the hardware equipment and facilities of the plant；

　　要求/Requirements：

　　1.大專以上畢業(yè)，土木、電氣等相關工程畢業(yè)優(yōu)先；

　　pan>College degree or above， major in civil engineering， electrical engineering is preferred.

　　2.3年以上相關經(jīng)驗，有制造業(yè)工廠相關經(jīng)驗更佳；

　　pan>More than 3 years’ related experience， preferable in manufacturing company.

　　3.能熟練使用工程制圖軟件CAD優(yōu)先考慮；

　　pan>Proficient in using engineering drawing software CAD is preferred

　　4.熟悉使用辦公室電腦軟件MS Office， outlook；

　　5.有良好的團隊精神和管理能力；
