工作職責(zé):
1、微商城、抖音平臺進(jìn)行視頻直播,展示服飾搭配、回答顧客問題,引導(dǎo)有購物需求的觀眾完成購買流程;
2、了解對淘寶及其他平臺直播,配合店鋪營銷活動,能夠有較好的賣貨能力
3、負(fù)責(zé)與粉絲進(jìn)行互動,活躍氣氛,提高粉絲活躍度,引導(dǎo)粉絲關(guān)注直播間,提升直播在線人數(shù)
4、跟進(jìn)直播效果,總結(jié)分析直播數(shù)據(jù),持續(xù)創(chuàng)新優(yōu)化
【崗位要求】
1、性格外向開朗、具備親和力,注重自我形象管理,鏡頭感強,思維敏捷,普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn);
2、能聊天,語音表達(dá)能力強,有較強的溝通互動能力,有淘寶客服或直播或者短視頻相關(guān)的工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮
3、聲音較好,形象氣質(zhì)佳,年齡在20—35歲之間;
